Low Calorie Gravy Recipe
Ingredients

| 3 tablespoons instant nonfat dry milk | ||
| Flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon meat juice or 1/2 teaspoon | ||
| Kitchen Bouquet | ||
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| 1 bouillon cube or 1 teaspoon instant bouillon | ||
Directions
In small saucepan, combine all ingredients; mix well.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens slightly and comes to a boil.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
