Low Calorie Fudge Frosting Recipe
Ingredients

| 1 package instant chocolate pudding | ||
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Granulated or liquid no-calorie sweetener | ||
| 1 teaspoon instant coffee, powder or crystals | ||
Directions
1. Combine topping mix, water, vanilla, instant pudding, salt, your favorite no-calorie sweetener, using equivalent of 12 teaspoons (1/4 cup) sugar, and instant coffee in small bowl of electric mixer.
2. Beat at high speed 2 minutes, or until mixture thickens and holds firm peaks. Frost cake and chill until serving time. Makes enough to fill and frost the top of a 9-inch layer cake. Adds 56 calories to each slice of a 16-serving cake.
