Low Calorie Fruit Mold Recipe
Ingredients
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cold water | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Boiling water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 1/2 cups low-calorie ginger ale or lemon-lime soda | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Fruit | 2 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| Cottage cheese | ||
| Grated orange peel | ||
Directions
Soften gelatin in cold water.
Add boiling water and stir until dissolved; cool.
Stir in ginger ale and lemon juice; refrigerate until slightly thickened.
Fold in fruit and pour into a 4-cup moldor4 individual molds.
Refrigerate overnight.
Serve with cottage cheese and garnish with grated orange peel.
