Low Calorie Cucumber Onion Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cucumber | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion rings | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup cider vinegar or tarragon vinegar | ||
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
Directions
In small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
Chill at least 2 hours.
Drain extra liquid.
Serve on lettuce.
