Low Calorie Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
| All purpose flour | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/3 cup soy flour or pastry flour | ||
| Baking soda | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 5 tbsp. brown sugar or sugar substitute to equal | ||
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| 1 cup raisins or nuts | ||
Directions
Mix all ingredients well and drop by tablespoon on cookie sheet.
Bake at 375°F for 8 minutes.
