Directions
Heat chocolate and 1 1/2 cups milk in top part of double boiler over hot water.
When chocolate is melted, beat with rotary beater.
Add salt and liquid sweetener according to directions on bottle.
Mix remaining 1/2 cup milk with flour to make a smooth paste.
Stir into chocolate mixture and cook until thickened, stirring.
Beat in butter and flavoring.
Makes about 2 cups.
