Ingredients

 Unsweetened chocolate1 1/2 Ounce
 2 cups reconstituted nonfat dry milk
 Salt1/8 Teaspoon
 Low-calorie liquid sweetener
 All purpose flour2 Tablespoon
 Butter1 Teaspoon
 1 teaspoon vanilla, almond, or peppermint extract

Directions

Heat chocolate and 1 1/2 cups milk in top part of double boiler over hot water.
When chocolate is melted, beat with rotary beater.
Add salt and liquid sweetener according to directions on bottle.
Mix remaining 1/2 cup milk with flour to make a smooth paste.
Stir into chocolate mixture and cook until thickened, stirring.
Beat in butter and flavoring.
Makes about 2 cups.
