Low Calorie Cheesy Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Plain low-fat yogurt - 1/2 cup | ||
| Low-fat cottage cheese - 1 cup | ||
| Chives | 3 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Red pepper sauce - 1/4 teaspoon | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a blender container and combine all ingredients in it.
2) Process the ingredients until smooth.
3) Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
SERVING
4) Transfer the dip to a bowl and serve alongside raw vegetables for healthy and low-calorie snacking.
