1 Cup Low-Fat Cottage Cheese
 
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice 1/4 Teaspoon Onion Salt
 
1/3 Cup Water 2 Ounces Blue Cheese

Directions

1. Put cottage cheese, lemon juice, onion salt, and water into blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Add blue cheese; blend until nearly smooth.
4. Store in refrigerator. Will keep about 5 days.
