Low Cal Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 ounces large mushrooms | ||
| Green onions | 3 Medium | |
| Sour cream | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon seasoned garlic salt | ||
Directions
Remove stems from mushrooms and chop finely.
Thinly slice green onions including tops.
Combine with mushroom stems.
MICROWAVE 2 MINUTES on High.
Add sour cream and garlic salt to chopped stems and green onions.
Spoon filling into mushroom caps.
Place 10 to 12 filled caps on pie pan.
MICROWAVE 2 to 3 MINUTES on '8'.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
