 Tarragon leaves1 Teaspoon
 2 tablespoons tarragon wine vinegar
 Green onion1 , thinly sliced
 Parsley1 1/2 Tablespoon, minced
 2 teaspoons anchovy paste or finely chopped anchovy fillets
 Sugar2 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 1 cup unflavored yogurt

Directions

Place tarragon and vinegar in a blender; let stand for 5 minutes.
Add onion, parsley, anchovy paste, sugar, salt, and yogurt; whirl until smooth.
If made ahead, cover and refrigerate.
Store for as long as 1 week
