Lover's Delight Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 heaping cup flour | ||
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 , Well beaten (Blend:) | |
| Brown sugar | 1 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (Blend:) | |
| Coconut | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Blend:) | |
| Dates | 1 , chopped (Blend:) | |
| Walnuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (Blend:) | |
| Flour | 2 Teaspoon (Blend:) | |
| Baking powder | 1/4 Teaspoon (Blend:) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon (Blend:) | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon (Blend:) | |
Directions
Blend well and pack in tin.
Mix thoroughly and spread over first mixture.
Bake at 350° F. for 1/2 hour or until done.
Icing: 1 cup icing sugar, grated rind and juice of 1 lemon.
