 Head of lettuce1 Small
 2 sm. Bermuda onions, thinly sliced and separated into rings
 Zucchini2 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
 Cherry tomatoes2 Cup (16 tbs), halved
 4 oz. low-fat cottage cheese, blended
 Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon
 Dry mustard1/2 Teaspoon
 1 cup low-fat yogurt

Directions

1. Layer lettuce, onion, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes in a large bowl.
2. Combine blended cottage cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Stir in yogurt.
3. Spoon over layered vegetables. If desired, sprinkle with paprika.
4. Cover and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
