 Ground veal1/2 Pound
 Ground pork1/2 Pound
 Bulgur1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Mix wine and orange juice in a large bowl.
Blend all seasonings into the liquid.
Add veal, pork and bulgur.
Mix sausage the old-fashioned way.
