Lotus Stem Kofta Recipe
Ingredients
250 gms. lotus stem, boiled
1 teaspoon pomegranate seed powder
1 slice bread, soaked
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
Any basic curry
Directions
Mash the lotus stem.
Squeeze out the water from the bread.
Mix all the ingredients well and shape into ten koftas; deep fry them.
Ten minutes before serving, pour curry over them.
