Loshne Gooli Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup fresh or frozen grated coconut
5-6 cloves peeled garlic
1 tbsp melted ghee
Salt to taste
5-6 (or to taste) dry red chillies (Fry in few drops of oil)
1/4 tsp tamarind paste
Directions
Heat ghee in a pan and fry slightly crushed garlic till golden brown and keep aside.
Grind coconut, red chilli, tamarind paste and salt together to a coarse paste by adding about 1/4 cup of warm water.
Now add fried garlic and grind again to a smooth paste.
Serve.

Usually this is served as a side dish with rice. But it tastes as good with dosa too...
