Loretta's Spanish Rice Recipe
Ingredients
| Beef | 2 Pound | |
| Onions | 2 Medium, chopped | |
| Green peppers | 2 To taste | |
| Tomatoes | 28 Can (10oz) | |
| Tomato sauce | 8 Can (10oz) | |
| Water | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chili powder | 2 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Rice | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked |
Directions
MAKING
1) In slow cooker add all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
2) Cook covered on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 6 hours.
SERVING
3) Serve hot.
