Lord Baltimore Cake With White Frosting Recipe
Ingredients
2 pkgs. (5 1/4 OZ. each) fluffy white frosting mix, prepared as directed
1/2.c crushed dry macaroons
1/4 c chopped pecans
1/4 c chopped almonds
12 candied cherries, cut in quarters
1 t sherry
Directions
Prepare 2 9-inch chocolate cake layers.
To 1 C of prepared frosting add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Use as filling between layers.
Frost cake with remaining frosting.
