London Broil Exceptionale Recipe
Ingredients
| Tomato soup | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| 1/3 cup Burgundy or other dry red wine | ||
| Ripe olives | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| 1 1/2 pound flank steak, scored | ||
Directions
In shallow baking dish, combine all ingredients except steak.
Add steak.
Marinate at room temperature 1 hour turning once.
Transfer steak to broiler pan.
In saucepan, cook marinade covered over low heat 10 minutes; stir now and then.
Broil steak 4 inches from heat about 4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness, brushing with sauce.
Heat remaining sauce.
Add steak.
