Directions

1. Cover the tomatoes with water and boil. When they are cooked, remove the skin and smash them roughly
2. Cook the meat with water, reduce until the water evaporates completely
3. Add sauce and garlic to the meat, season with salt and reduce sauce until thicker consistency
4. Serve and decorate with boiled egg
