Ingredients

 
1 4-lb. pork loin roast
 
Salt to taste
 
2 tbsp. flour
 
1 c. catsup
 
2 tsp. prepared mustard
 
1/4 tsp. red pepper
 
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
 
1 tsp. vinegar
 
1 clove of garlic, chopped

Directions

Brown roast in small amount of fat in Dutch oven; sprinkle with salt.
Add a small amount of water; cook, covered, over low heat, until tender.
Remove roast from liquid.
Combine flour and all remaining ingredi- ents.
Stir into hot liquid; blend well.
Dice roast; com- bine with sauce.
Simmer in sauce for 10 minutes.
Serve on hamburger buns.
