LoganberryCheese Tarts Recipe
Ingredients
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | ||
| Loganberries | 1 Pint | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cream cheese | 8 Ounce | |
| Light cream | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 6 baked medium tart shells | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a saucepan mix sugar and 1/4 cup water.
2) Boil and pour over berries.
3) Keep aside, drain and reserve syrup.
4) Add cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water.
5) Mix to the syrup. Cook stirring until thickened.
6) With a fork mash cheese.
7) Mix with the cream.
8) Spoon cheese mixture in tart shells and spread on it.
SERVING
9) Place berries and add syrup over top
