Ingredients

 
Hamburger Patty Ingredients:
 
1 packet hamburger meat
 
black pepper powder(1 pinch)
 
Tonys(1 pinch)
 
garlic powder(1 pinch)
 
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 
2 tbsp onion(finely diced)
 
2 tbsp oil(for frying)
 
2 Eggs(for sunny side up)
 
Gravy Ingredients:
 
2 tbsp oil
 
2-3 tbsp hamburger meat
 
1-2 tbsp onion(finely diced)
 
black pepper powder(1 pinch)
 
1 tbsp flour
 
1 small cup water
 
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 
1 tsp hot sauce

Directions

In a bowl mix all the patty ingredients, shape into two patties. In a pan, fry the patties in heated oil until evenly brown on both sides. Remove on a plate and keep aside.
In the same pan, add little oil and saute the onion and meat on a medium heat. Stir in the flour, season with the black pepper powder and stir well until brown. Stir in water, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and heat well.
Place the patties in the gravy, turn and simmer for about 5 min. Adjust the seasoning.
Prepare the sunny side up with two eggs on a medium-low heat.
Serve the patties over cooked rice, pour over the gravy and top with the sunny side up.
