Lobster with Butter Pepper Garlic Recipe
Ingredients
| Lobster | 500 Gram | |
| Egg white | 1 | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Ajinomotto 02 Gms | ||
| Corn flour | 50 Gram | |
| Butter | 10 Gram | |
| Black pepper | 05 Gram, crushed | |
| Garlic | 15 Gram | |
| Chinese Wine 02 Ml | ||
| Sesame oil | 02 Milliliter | |
Directions
Clean, de-vein and cut lobster into dices.
Marinate with egg white, seasoning and corn flour.
Crispy fry the lobster.
In a wok add butter, garlic, freshly grounded bl.pepper dice spring onion, sauté well.
Add lobster stir fry check seasoning.
Finish with Chinese wine and sesame oil
