Lobster Tails With Spiced Orange Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon chicken-flavored bouillon granules
1/4 cup boiling water
1/4 cup unsweetened orange juice
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
4 drops imitation butter flavoring
Dash of ground ginger
Dash of chili powder
2 (7- to 8-ounce) lobster tails
Directions
Dissolve bouillon granules in boiling water.
Add orange juice and remaining ingredients except lobster, stir well.
Split lobster tails lengthwise; cut through upper shell and meat to, but not through, bottom shell.
Lift meat through split shell to rest on outside of shell, leaving meat attached to far end of shell.
Place lobster tails on a broiler rack, and brush with orange sauce.
Broil 4 inches from heat 5 minutes, brush lobster with orange sauce, and broil an additional 5 minutes.
Serve lobster with remaining orange sauce.
