Lobster-Tails With Butter Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
Lobster-tails, each
Melted butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. 1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Yellow food coloring
Directions
Slit undershells of tails lengthwise with scissors; bend backwards to crack shells.
Brush melted butter on slit sides.
Grill, shell side down, 6 inches from source of heat for 15 minutes.
Brush slit sides with butter.
Turn; grill for 3 minutes longer or until tender and opaque.
Melt 1 /4 cup butter in saucepan; stir in flour gradually.
Add pepper, lemon juice and 1 cup hot water; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat; stir in 1/4 cup butter.
Tint with food coloring.
Serve in individual cups for dipping lobster.
