Ingredients
4 lobster tails (about 6 ounces each)
1 tablespoon melted butter or margarine
1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
lemon wedges
watercress or parsley sprigs for garnish
Directions
Split lobster tails in half lengthwise.
Drop into boiling salted water and simmer gently for 6 minutes, or until no longer translucent.
Drain.
Arrange tails on a baking sheet and brush with 1 1/2 teaspoons butter.
Place under the broiler and broil until just lightly browned, about 4 to 5 minutes.
Heat remaining butter until it starts to brown; add nuts and heat slightly.
Spoon over lobster and garnish with lemon wedges and watercress.
Contains about 200 calories per serving.
