Lobster Tails Recipe
Ingredients
For 1 lobster tail:
6 to 8 oz. lobster tail, thawed
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
Split each lobster tail through soft underside of shell with a sharp knife or kitchen scissors.
Pull meat through shell, leaving meat connected to tail end of shell.
Place lobster tail in a glass baking dish.
Support tails with folded paper towels.
Brush with melted butter and lemon juice.
Cover with plastic wrap
