Lobster Rumaki Recipe
Ingredients
Cooked lobster, cut into 1 1/2-in. pieces
Water chestnuts, sliced
Salad oil
Soy sauce
Bacon slices, partially cooked
Directions
"Split center of each piece of lobster; insert thin slice of water chestnut.
Brush well with oil and soy sauce.
Wrap in bacon; secure with wooden pick.
Broil until bacon is crisp."
