Lobster Rolls Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 5-ounce can lobster, drained and broken into pieces | ||
| 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped | ||
| 1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Chili Sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon sliced green onion with tops | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 6 potato rolls or French rolls split and buttered, Lettuce leaves | ||
Directions
Combine lobster and eggs.
Blend together mayonnaise, green pepper, chili sauce, onion, and lemon juice.
Toss lightly with egg and lobster mixture.
Chill.
Spread filling on bottom halves of buns.
Top with lettuce and then cover with tops of buns.
