The Great Canadian Lobster Pot Recipe Video

Ingredients

| Corn | 3 , cut into half | |
| Potatoes | 12 | |
| Garlic | 4 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Parsley | 4 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 3 Liter | |
| White wine | 2 1⁄2 Liter | |
| Clam juice | 3 Cup (48 tbs) | |
| Pepper | 2 Tablespoon, crushed | |
| Olive lea spread | 3 Cup (48 tbs) |
Directions
Half cook the potatoes. Set aside and let cool. Take a huge pot and combine water, clam juice and white wine. Add garlic, parsley, 2 tbsp red chilli pepper, salt, black pepper and olive lea spread. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Add the lobsters and cook for 6 minutes. Add the potatoes, 20 black mussels, 20 manilla/littleneck clam, 25 shrimps, ears of corn on cob and stir. Bring to a boil and cook for 6-7 minutes. Take out lobsters, cut and spread on a platter. Serve with the white wine broth and other ingredients.
