Ingredients
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin (2 tablespoons)
1 cup cold water
1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 cup dairy sour cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice, Dash salt
2 5-ounce cans lobster, drained and flaked
1 8 3/4-ounce can crushed pineapple
3/4 cup chopped celery, Lettuce
Directions
In small saucepan soften gelatin in cold water.
Stir over low heat till gelatin is dissolved.
Cool slightly.
With rotary beater beat in mayonnaise or salad dressing, sour cream, lemon juice, and salt till smooth.
Chill till partially set.
Fold in lobster, undrained pineapple, and celery.
Turn into 61/2-cup mold.
Chill till firm.
Unmold; trim with lettuce.
