Lobster Pineapple Mold Recipe
Ingredients
| Unflavored gelatin | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cold water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dairy sour cream/Salad dressing | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| Canned lobster | 10 Ounce | |
| Canned crushed pineapple | 8 3⁄4 Ounce | |
| Chopped celery | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) | |
| Lettuce | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) |

Directions
Stir over low heat till gelatin is dissolved.
Cool slightly.
With rotary beater beat in mayonnaise or salad dressing, sour cream, lemon juice, and salt till smooth.
Chill till partially set.
Fold in lobster, undrained pineapple, and celery.
Turn into 61/2-cup mold.
Chill till firm.
Unmold; trim with lettuce.
