Directions

Heat oil and fat in a pan.
Add onion and garlic and cook over low heat until soft.
Add rice and cook about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Cover with the stock, bring to a boil and add bay leaf.
Reduce heat, cover tightly and steam until rice is tender.
Add grated cheese.
Remove lobster meat and cut in cubes.
Add to rice with sour cream, mix well.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika.
