Ingredients

 3 env. gelatin
 Chicken bouillon cubes4
 Mayonnaise1 Cup (16 tbs)
 2 dashes of hot sauce
 Lemon juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onion2 Tablespoon, grated
 Paprika1 Teaspoon
 Heavy cream3/4 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped
 4 c. cooked lobster, diced
 Celery1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Capers1/2 Cup (16 tbs), drained

Directions

Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup water.
Add bouillon cubes; heat, stirring, until dissolved.
Cool.
Add mayonnaise, hot sauce, lemon juice, grated onion and paprika.
Chill until mixture begins to thicken; fold in whipped cream, lobster, chopped celery and capers.
Place in 6-cup ring mold; refrigerate until set.
Unmold on lettuce.
