Lobster Mold Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 env. gelatin | ||
| Chicken bouillon cubes | 4 | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 dashes of hot sauce | ||
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
| Paprika | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Heavy cream | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped | |
| 4 c. cooked lobster, diced | ||
| Celery | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Capers | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
Directions
Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup water.
Add bouillon cubes; heat, stirring, until dissolved.
Cool.
Add mayonnaise, hot sauce, lemon juice, grated onion and paprika.
Chill until mixture begins to thicken; fold in whipped cream, lobster, chopped celery and capers.
Place in 6-cup ring mold; refrigerate until set.
Unmold on lettuce.
