Ingredients

 
1 8 3/4-ounce can pineapple tidbits
 
1 5-ounce can lobster, drained
 
1 cup halved seedless green grapes
 
4 ounces natural Swiss cheese, cut in strips (1 cup)
 
1 cup dairy sour cream
 
Bibb lettuce
 
1 small head lettuce, shredded (4 cups)

Directions

Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup syrup.
Break lobster into pieces.
Toss together pineapple, lobster, grapes, and cheese.
Chill.
Combine sour cream and reserved pineapple syrup; chill.
Just before serving, line salad bowl with Bibb lettuce; add shredded lettuce and top with lobster mixture.
Spoon some dressing over salad.
Pass remaining dressing.
