 Lobsters2

 Milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Bread crumbs2 Tablespoon
 Parsley1 Tablespoon, minced
 Nutmeg- few grains
 Egg yolks3
 Crumbs1/4 Cup (16 tbs), buttered
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by preheating the oven to 350F degrees

MAKING
2.In a boiler, boil lobsters and then cut meat into small pieces
3.Be careful not to break the body or tail shells while opening the lobsters
4.In a pan, melt butter, blend in flour, add milk and cook until thickened
5.Now add crumbs, parsley, lobster, salt, pepper, nutmeg and egg yolks mashed very fine
6.Now mix all together properly
7.Wash shells, wipe dry
8.Using a pair of scissors cut off the under part of the tail shells
9.Join the large ends of both tail shells to one body shell to form a boat shaped receptacle
10.Place lobster mixture in this boat, sprinkle with buttered crumbs
11.Bake for 15-20 minutes

SERVING
12.Serve with a sauce of your choice or with salads
