Lobster Boats Recipe
Ingredients
| Lobster meat | 1/2 pound, frozen | |
| 24 fresh mushrooms, approximately | ||
| 1 1/2 inches in diameter | ||
| Condensed cream of mushroom soup | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tablespoons fine soft bread crumbs | ||
| 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/8 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce | ||
| Pepper | 1 Dash | |
| Grated Parmesan cheese | ||
Directions
Thaw frozen lobster meat.
Drain lobster meat.
Remove any shell or cartilage.
Chop lobster meat.
Rinse mushrooms in cold water.
Dry mushrooms; remove stems.
Combine soup, crumbs, mayonnaise, seasonings, and lobster.
Stuff each mushroom cap with a tablespoonful of lobster mixture.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Place mushrooms on well-buttered baking pan, 15 x 10 x 1 inch.
Bake in 400°F oven 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Drain lobster meat.
