Lobster Bisque Recipe
Over the years I perfected the art of making this Lobster Bisque which was taught to me by my elders. The most important ingredient in Lobster Bisque is Seafood. I am sure both of us will be in agreement that this Lobster Bisque is truly scrumptious.
Ingredients
2 cans (11 1/4 ounces each) condensed green pea soup
2 cans (11 ounces each) condensed bisque of tomato soup
1 soup can milk
2 cups light cream (20%)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 cans (5 ounces each) lobster meat, drained and broken apart
1/3 cup dry sherry
Directions
Combine all ingredients except lobster meat and sherry in large saucepan.
Beat with rotary beater; heat through.
Stir in lobster meat and sherry; heat through.
Beat with rotary beater; heat through.
