Add scallions and cook about 2 minutes.
Stir in curry powder and cream; heat thoroughly but do not boil.
Season with salt to taste and keep hot over very low heat.
Melt remaining butter in another skillet.
Remove meat from lobsters and cut in chunks.
Add to melted butter and heat thoroughly over low heat.
When hot remove from heat; add brandy.
Set lobster meat ablaze with a lighted match; blaze 1/2 minute and extinguish flame.
Arrange lobster meat on a preheated platter.
Pour hot cream sauce over lobster.
Garnish with parsley.
