3 tablespoons butter or margarine
 
5 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced (2 1/2 cups)
 
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
 
1 8-ounce can tomatoes, cut up
 
1 5-ounce can lobster, drained and broken into chunks
 
2 teaspoons snipped chives
 
1/4 teaspoon salt
 
Hot cooked rice

Directions

Melt butter in skillet.
Add mushrooms; sprinkle with flour and mix.
Cover and cook over low heat till tender, about 8 minutes.
Add tomatoes, lobster, chives, and salt; heat through.
Serve over rice.
