Lobster with Garlic Toast Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cooked lobsters | ||
| Mushrooms | 8 Ounce | |
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dry mustard | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Bread slice | 6 | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1 Pinch | |
| Pinch onion salt | ||
Directions
Cut the lobsters in half lengthwise.
Remove the meat, chop roughly and mix with the chopped mushrooms, 1/4 cup of the butter and the mustard.
Fill the lobster shells with the mixture.
Place under the broiler and cook for 5 minutes.
Toast the slices of bread.
Crush the garlic and blend with the remaining butter, the lemon juice and seasonings.
Spread on the toast, cut in halves or quarters, and serve with the lobster.
