Lobster Thermidor Recipe
Ingredients
| Lobster | 1 , boiled | |
| Mushrooms | 3 , sliced | |
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dash paprika | ||
| Dry mustard | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Sherry | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream sauce | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Parmesan cheese | 2 Tablespoon, grated | |
Directions
1. Cut lobster lengthwise into halves, remove meat and break it into small pieces.
2. Cook mushrooms 5 minutes in butter; add paprika, mustard, parsley, sherry and 1 cup Cream Sauce.
3. Mix well, fill lobster shell with mixture, cover with remaining sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
4. Bake in hot oven (450°F.) about 10 minutes.
