Lobster Tails Recipe

Ingredients
Frozen rock lobster tails, about 6 ounces each
Melted butter or margarine
Paprika (optional)
Directions
1. To defrost lobster, put a tail or tails into a glass baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap. Defrost in microwave oven as directed on chart.
2. For "butterfly" style tails, cut hard shell down middle with sharp knife. Grasp tail in both hands and open flat. Place lobster tails flesh-side-up in dish, alternating tail end with fleshy end of tails. Brush with melted butter and, if desired, sprinkle with paprika. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook in microwave oven as directed; rearrange tails and rotate dish once.
