Lobster Spread Or Dip Recipe
Ingredients
1 large package (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 tablespoons crumbled Roquefort or blue cheese
1/2 cup commercial sour cream
1/2 clove garlic, mashed, or a dash of garlic powder
2 teaspoons instant minced onion or 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon water
1 can (6 1/2 oz.) lobster or 1 cup fresh or frozen lobster meat
Chopped parsley
Directions
Soften cream cheese.
Beat in Roquefort cheese, sour cream, garlic, onion, lemon juice, and water.
Stir in lobster meat (and its liquor, if canned meat is used), breaking up the large pieces.
Pile into serving dish or lobster shell and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
