Lobster Rice Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Hot water | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2/3 cup uncooked long-grain white rice | ||
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Snipped parsley | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon peel | 3/4 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon granules | ||
| 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed | ||
Directions
In 2-quart casserole, combine water, rice, onion, parsley, lemon peel, salt, bouillon and dill.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 5 minutes.
Reduce power to 70% (Medium High).
Microwave for 12 to 19 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
Let
Cover.
