Lobster Puffs Recipe
Ingredients
| Lobster meat | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Green pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), parboiled | |
| French dressing | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cream puffs - 2 1/2 to 3 dozen, small | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Mix lobster, celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, green pepper and French dressing.
2) Season to taste.
3) Fill cream puffs with this mixture.
SERVING
4) Sprinkle with paprika, before serving.
