 Lobster meat2 Can (10oz)
 Celery1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
 Mayonnaise1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
 Green pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), parboiled
 French dressing1 Tablespoon
 Cream puffs - 2 1/2 to 3 dozen, small

Directions

MAKING
1) Mix lobster, celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice, green pepper and French dressing.
2) Season to taste.
3) Fill cream puffs with this mixture.

SERVING
4) Sprinkle with paprika, before serving.
