Lobster Mexican Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 cups cooked lobster | ||
| Fat | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Large, minced | |
| Green pepper | 1 To taste, minced | |
| 4 cups cooked tomatoes | ||
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cloves | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Bay Leaf | 1 | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sauteed | |
| Dash Tabasco sauce | ||
Directions
1. Cut lobster meat into pieces the size of a walnut. (Be careful to remove all spines.)
2. Melt 3 tablespoons fat in a saucepan.
3. Add onion, green pepper, tomatoes, salt, sugar, cloves and bay leaf and simmer 15 minutes.
4. Remove bay leaf.
5. Add mushrooms, remaining fat, Tabasco sauce and lobster meat.
6. Simmer until heated through.
