Lobster Madrid Recipe
Ingredients
1 can (5 ounces) lobster meat or 2/3 cup fresh lobster meat
3 tablespoons sweet sherry
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash cayenne
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 dozen toast rounds or crackers
Directions
Drain and flake lobster.
Combine with sherry and let stand for 30 minutes or longer.
