|Shredded sharp cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lobster||1 Cup (16 tbs), cut up (Cooked/Canned)|
|Italian bread loaf/French bread loaf||1 , cut in cubes with a piece of crust on each cube|
