Lobster Desiree Recipe
Ingredients
| Chopped parsley | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 Medium-size Onion, chopped | ||
| 3 Tbs. Olive Oil or Salad Oil | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), mashed | |
| 2 - 8 Oz. Cans Tomato Sauce | ||
| 2 - 6 Oz. Cans i omato Paste | ||
| 1-1 Lb. 12 Oz. Can Pear-shaped Italian Tomatoes | ||
| Dry red wine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Oregano leaves | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Basil leaves | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Rosemary | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Pound, sliced | |
| 3/4 Lb. Teleme Cheese | ||
| 4 Large, Cooked Lobster Tails, cut into bite-size pieces | ||
Directions
In large saucepan, heat oil and add parsley, onion and garlic.
Cook, stirring, until onions are soft.
Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste and tomatoes, breaking up tomatoes with fork.
Add also the tomato liquid, wine, salt, oregano, basil, rosemary, pepper, sugar and mushrooms.
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, for 1 1/2 hrs In bottom of casserole, cover with sauce.
Alternate sauce, lobster pieces and teleme cheese, ending with teleme cheese.
Bake in 450 degree oven for 7 to 10 minutes, or until cheese melts.
