Lobster Curry Recipe
Ingredients
| Lobsters 4 (225 gm.) | ||
| Oil | 30 Milliliter (For 4) | |
| Onions | 115 Gram (For 4) | |
| Coriander | 5 Gram (For 4) | |
| Cumin | 1/2 Teaspoon (For 4) | |
| Turmenc roast 1/4 tsp. | ||
| Cloves | 4 (For 4) | |
| Chilli pow 1 tsp. | ||
| Ginger 2.5 cm. (1") piece | ||
| Tomatoes | 225 Gram (For 4) | |
| Tamarind | 5 Gram (For 4) | |
| Salt | To Taste (For 4) | |
Directions
1. Boil live lobsters. Remove meat.
2. Chop onions.
3. Roast spices and grind with ginger.
4. Soak tamarind and extract juice.
5. Heat oil. Fry chopped onions. Add ground spices.
6. Add lobsters. Fry for a little longer. Add enough water to make the gravy and add salt.
7. Add blanched, chopped tomatoes and let it cook.
8. When about to remove add tamarind juice. Test for seasoning and remove.
